Noble Tree is the second label of an obscure high end Sonoma estate, Thomas George Estates, a family winery that does most of their sales via wine club subscriptions. Making only a few hundred cases of the premier line starting at $30 per bottle, they reserve the unused lots for this limited, moderately priced collection of single varietals. In Noble Tree Chard you can enjoy smatterings of their three prime Russian River Valley vineyards, Baker Ridge, Starr Ridge and Cresta Ridge, which happen to be situated near illustrious neighbors like Kistler, Dutton-Goldfield, Paul Hobbs and Kosta Brown. If the Noble Tree Pinot Noir is any indication, Sipsters are going to clamour for this long after it's sold out.

Tasting Notes

A beautiful, classic cool-climate, mountain-grown 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine sourced entirely from our Wickersham Ranch Estate located at 2,200 feet elevation in Sonoma County. Aromas of lead pencil, and spiced red fruits. Flavors of currant, blackberry, black pepper with a chalky texture. Finishes with notes of white pepper and cranberry with defined tannin.
