Background

Located in Valpolicella, the winery is built on the remains of ancient farmhouse dating back to the 15th century. Novaia makes the most out of the land – the sloping vineyards are located on large deposits of limestone-marne. The Novaia estate produces four great wines with the passion of the traditional Italian winemaker and with the tools of the modern artist.

Tasting Notes

Deep ruby red wine. Clear and intense perfume with hints of red berries, together with spices and notes recalling dried grapes. Good alcoholic content, medium-low acidity, medium tannic features and good roundness. A wine with body and structure, flavour some, persistent and good balance.
